Hello and welcome. I’m glad you found your way here.

Whether you’re a caregiver, navigating a life-limiting illness, grieving a loss, or simply trying to prepare for what’s ahead, this space is for you.

Everyone’s story and needs are different, and there’s no right or wrong way to navigate this. My role is to offer warm, calm, and trauma-informed support — whether you’ve had time to prepare, are facing the unexpected, or are struggling to find care that truly meets you where you are. Our overburdened and imperfect systems are often unable to provide the whole-person holistic support people truly need. I’m here to help fill those gaps, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and cared for with personalized support.

Facing the end of life, riding the waves of grief, or caring for someone through either can feel overwhelming and uncertain. You don’t have to do it alone. Together, we can explore options, make plans, and find ways to bring more ease, comfort, and meaning to this time — however it’s unfolding for you.

My approach is gentle, compassionate, and grounded in nature-based practices.
I offer non-medical emotional, practical, and spiritual support for you and those walking alongside you.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of ways we can work together. Let’s connect for a free 30-minute call to explore what kind of care or support might feel right for you.

Every life is meaningful, whether human or animal.

I offer support for all mortal beings, honoring the special connections and relationships we share with all living things.

  • Our animals hold such a special place in our hearts, and their time with us always feels too short. Saying goodbye can be one of the hardest things we face.

Whether you’re preparing for a natural death, making difficult decisions, or grieving a beloved friend, I know how impossibly hard it is.

I am here to offer heart-centered support:

    • Talking through options & planning ahead for home deaths or euthanasia decisions
    • Creating rituals and meaningful goodbyes
    • Guidance through the dying process
    • Ideas for helping children understand, process, and say goodbye in a way that feels right for them
    • Holding space for hard emotions and grief, before & after loss
    • Support for sudden or unexpected deaths

This is slow, compassionate, non-medical support, honoring the deep bond you share with your companion.

  • Sometimes, you just have questions that you want to ask, or feelings you want to explore with someone knowledgeable, instead of falling down the Google rabbit hole.

We can address anything you’d like to explore in the realm of life, grief, death and dying, and I can provide resources, help with research, or offer referrals to trusted professionals.

  • Grief is deeply personal, and I’m here to offer a supportive space where you can process it in your own way, at your own pace. Whether you’re experiencing anticipatory grief, navigating caregiver challenges, or mourning a recent loss, I’ll sit with you in the dark.

Together, we can create a comfort plan that meets your needs and connect you with additional resources to support you in carrying this grief.

  • Choosing Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) is a complex decision. It can bring on a mix of emotions and logistical challenges for everyone involved. I offer non-medical guidance for individuals and caregivers navigating the MAiD process. This can include help with paperwork, space to process thoughts and feelings, and a compassionate presence.

This process can be challenging, and not everyone will feel the same way about the decision. I offer support in navigating these dynamics. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or someone else, I am here to help you make this transition with as much ease as possible.

  • Rituals have been shown to reduce anxiety, help us externalize and process emotions, and bring comfort during times of transition. They don’t need to be elaborate to be powerful — a small, intentional act can carry immense significance.

Whether it’s planning a home funeral, creating a send-off plan, a grief ritual or a memorial, I’ll support you to craft something that feels personal
    and meaningful to you.

  • Planning isn’t just for the old or the sick — it’s for everyone. In an ideal world, everyone of legal age would have some sort of basic instructions of wishes in case of death or incapacity. Death can happen at any stage of life, and acknowledging our mortality before we are forced to makes it less scary and more manageable.

I can help you explore options, values and beliefs, complete holistic end-of-life plans, and make arrangements for after death. Together, we’ll create plans that reflect your wishes and ensure those who need to know are prepared to honor them.

Planning isn’t just paperwork – it includes thinking about what you do or do not want during the dying time. Are there people you absolutely don’t want around? Smells or sounds that comfort you, or ones that you can’t stand? Books or poems you’d like read to you, or ones that are boring? What about the space, the lighting, the textures and fabrics? Let’s do what we can to infuse this impossibly hard time with moments of choice, pleasure and beauty.
